    About the Role
    We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new business sales within the contact centre technology and services space. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new clients while offering a comprehensive portfolio of cloud-based customer engagement, Microsoft Teams voice, and AI-driven contact centre solutions.
    This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking technology provider offering integrated solutions across contact centre, cloud communications and managed services. You’ll play a critical role in scaling sales through lead generation, relationship building, and strategic outreach.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Drive new business acquisition in the contact centre and customer experience space
    • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients across mid-market and enterprise segments
    • Sell a range of CCaaS and AI-enhanced collaboration solutions
    • Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
    • Conduct client meetings, demos, and solution presentations (remote and in-person)
    • Collaborate with technical pre-sales and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding
    • Track activity, forecast accurately, and report regularly on sales performance
    • Stay up to date with contact centre industry trends, competitor offerings, and buyer behavior
     
    What We’re Looking For
    • Experience in new business sales within IT, UC, or contact centre industries
    • Proven success selling customer engagement, voice, or collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, CCaaS, VoIP)
    • Experience selling professional or managed services
    • Comfortable cold calling, prospecting, and opening new conversations
    • Consultative approach with strong communication and presentation skills
    • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
    • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and modern CX technologies is a plus
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

    Dynamics 365 Support Analyst (D365, SC Cleared, Customer Service, 1st Line, 2nd Line) - Remote, Live Environment, Immediate Start. Outside IR35

    Dynamics 365 Support Analyst (D365, SC Cleared, Customer Service, 1st Line, 2nd Line) is required by a remote-first organisation running a live Dynamics 365 Customer Service system.

    You must have:
    • Active SC Clearance
    • Strong hands-on experience with D365 Customer Service
    • Experience supporting D365 ticketing environments
    • Solid knowledge of D365 entities - Contact, Cases, Accounts
    • 1st and 2nd line support experience in D365

    This is a hands-on SC-cleared contract - ideal if you want real D365 support work in a live system.

    Role overview:
    You'll triage tickets, identify defects and config issues, handle user admin, set permissions, and troubleshoot problems.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead & Mentor Team: Manage and grow a team of cloud operations engineers, fostering innovation and performance.
    • Azure Operations: Oversee 2,500+ Azure resources ensuring uptime, security, and high performance.
    • Automation & DevOps: Drive CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automated testing for efficiency and resilience.
